Travel with confidence

Behind every effortless safari is a system you never have to think about.

Six quiet guarantees

What stands behind
every journey

Behind every effortless safari is a system: medical coverage, vetted partners, checked documents and someone answering the phone at 3 a.m.

Flying-doctor coverage

Every East African safari includes AMREF Flying Doctors emergency evacuation membership — an air ambulance on call from the remotest airstrip to Nairobi's best hospitals. AMREF operates in East Africa only; for Southern Africa and beyond, your required travel insurance carries the evacuation cover, and we verify it before you fly.

24/7 on the ground

Our team lives where you travel. One WhatsApp message reaches a person — not a call center — at any hour, in your time zone or ours.

Vetted, personally

Every camp we book, we have slept in. Every transfer partner, flown with. Nothing on your itinerary is there because of a brochure.

Visas & documents, handled

Step-by-step visa guidance for every border on your route, and a pre-departure check of every document — passports, permits, certificates — before you fly.

Health, briefed honestly

A route-specific health brief with your itinerary — yellow fever, malaria prophylaxis, altitude on Kilimanjaro — written plainly, deferring always to your travel-medicine professional.

Insurance, required

We require comprehensive travel and medical insurance for every guest — and advise on the right policy for your route, so a changed plan never becomes a lost trip.

The paperwork, handled

Entry & visas Every destination page carries current US-passport entry guidance sourced from official government portals, with the date it was last reviewed — and before you travel we re-confirm the requirements for your exact routing, country by country. Rules change; our answers carry dates and sources, never guesses. Entry information across the site reviewed August 2026.
Payments & protection You contract with a US company: NndeeAfrika LLC is registered with the California Attorney General’s Seller of Travel Program (CST 2173450-50) and maintains a consumer funds protection bond as required. Deposits, balances and what happens if plans change are set out plainly in our terms and conditions — the single official source, before you pay anything.
If plans change Supplier-specific conditions — lodges, permits, airlines — are disclosed in your proposal before payment, never discovered afterwards. Travel insurance is not optional on a journey of this value; we tell you what it must cover and when to buy it, at booking.
