We start with a complimentary conversation, not a contract. When you are ready, a $500 USD planning fee per trip covers your personalized day-by-day itinerary with lodges, flights and one clear price, and the revisions to refine it; you commit only when it is exactly right. When you book, the full $500 USD is deducted from your booking deposit.
