Many of our journeys are arranged by someone other than the person who travels. You brief us once. Evance or Jennifer takes it from there, personally, and the principal is involved only as much as they wish to be.

Your founder remains your lead point of contact, supported by our trusted on-the-ground operations team throughout the journey.
A proposal built around your brief
Dates, party, pace, privacy requirements and anything that must be arranged a particular way. We return a complete, priced proposal and refine it with you until it is right.
Every detail confirmed in writing
Routing, timings, confirmed flight and transfer arrangements, guiding arrangements and on-the-ground contacts are documented before departure, so your office holds a clear picture of the journey.

A non-disclosure agreement, on request
We are happy to review or provide a reasonable mutual non-disclosure agreement before sensitive information is shared.
Personally handled by the founders
Every enquiry is personally handled by Evance or Jennifer. Information is shared only on a need-to-know basis with the trusted partners required to plan and deliver the journey.
Complete discretion
We never identify, photograph or publicize our guests or their journeys without their prior written permission.
Privacy by design
Exclusive-use camps and villas, private vehicles and guides, and private charters between airstrips wherever privacy calls for it.
Security liaison
Where required, we coordinate with the client’s appointed security team and each property’s established security protocols, sharing information strictly on a need-to-know basis.
Your channel, your hours
Tell us how and when you prefer to communicate. Our presence in California and East Africa allows communication and operational support across both time zones.
