Gibb’s Farm has worked the Ngorongoro highlands since the 1920s — a living coffee farm whose cottages look across ten acres of flower and vegetable gardens to the forest that climbs the crater’s outer wall. Most of what you eat at dinner was picked that afternoon.

It plays a specific, beloved role in the northern circuit: the exhale. Between Tarangire’s dust and the crater’s dawn descent, a day here — farm walks, forest waterfalls, a massage in the Maasai-inspired spa — resets the whole trip.

A note from the founders

Our favorite pause on the northern circuit — a working coffee farm between the Crater and the Serengeti where guests catch their breath and eat the best food in the region.

Why book Gibb’s Farm through NndeeAfrika

You never pay more than booking direct — usually less. And everything around your stay is handled.

01

A better rate, more safari

As a trade partner we access preferred rates and seasonal offers the farm doesn’t always publish — you’ll never pay more than booking direct. And a farm can only sell you its own rooms; we build the journey around it: international flights, the right nights, and where you go next.

02

Door-to-door, no gaps

A private car waiting at Kilimanjaro airport, light-aircraft hops timed to your route, and a guide who already knows your name. Book direct and the gaps become your problem; book with us and there are none.

03

We know this farm personally

We know exactly where a Gibb’s day belongs in a northern circuit — and which cottages face the gardens versus the forest — so the farm works as the pause it’s meant to be.

04

One call if anything changes

A missed flight, a weather delay, a change of heart mid-trip — you contact one person, and we re-arrange everything behind the scenes. The farm looks after you on property; we look after the whole journey.

Epic luxury safaris and just magical. I was referred by a friend in the USA — Evance customized our trip beautifully, the accommodation was first class and our guide so professional. Will definitely be back.
