Xanadu Villas Zanzibar: The Perfect Island Getaway Retreat

Xanadu Villas & Retreat is located on the South-East coast of Zanzibar and offers nine unique villas with a plunge pool, fridge, outside shower, bathroom(s) with sinks, linen and towels, daily housekeeping and laundry service and Internet/Wi-Fi. 

The on-site activities manager will assist guests in arranging any activities, water-sports or excursions on the island, including sea kayaking, snorkeling and Sup boarding from Xanadu’s beach. 

Premiums are not included in the rates. Xanadu offers three villas with two bedrooms and three villas with one bedroom, including the Kimwondo Villa (1BR) with a spectacular rooftop with a plunge pool and sitting area with views over the Indian Ocean. The Mbingu Villa (2BR) is beach front and features two bedrooms with ocean view balconies, private bathrooms and sitting areas, a majestic lounge and two private plunge pools.

The Umande Villa (1BR) is beach front and features one bedroom, a spacious lounge, a private plunge pool and a romantic balcony with ocean view. Clients are offered accommodation in a private villa, all meals & drinks (soft drinks, beers, ciders, spirits, house white & red wine, except premiums), a private butler, daily laundry service, 20 minute complimentary massage, and guided activities including sea kayaking, snorkeling and Sup boarding from Xanadu’s beach.
