Built in the style of a stately Edwardian manor house, refreshed with a light and airy atmosphere, Singita Sasakwa Lodge features nine private cottages.

Singita Sasakwa Luxury Lodge, which can be found in the Singita Grumeti Reserve, is distinguished by its combination of opulence and refinement. It has a feeling of independence and is designed in the form of a majestic Edwardian manor home. In addition, it has panoramic vistas.

Singita Sasakwa Lodge is a stately Edwardian manor house located in the 350,000-acre private Singita Grumeti Reserve. The lodge epitomizes refined splendor and old-world luxury, while celebrating a casual approach. It offers nine private cottages and a villa, each with its own infinity pool.

The lodge features a grand entrance, wraparound verandas, silver candelabras and coveted antiques, as well as bespoke décor elements such as local artifacts and tribal cushions. Guests have exclusive access to the area’s prolific wildlife, including the world-renowned Great Migration.

Your personalized Field Guide tour celebrates the opportunity to spend unfiltered time in wide-open regions, with vivid encounters with Africa’s most iconic animals prospering thanks to Singita’s non-profit conservation Funds & Trusts.
The tour takes you through rolling grasslands where giraffe and elephant walk peacefully, riverine woods where timid animals arise from thick vegetation, rocky outcrops favorite of big cats, and secret valleys where enormous herds of antelope graze. Early morning game drives are exhilarating and relaxing as the African sun gently lights up the trees and plains. As the bush wakes up to unveil its mysteries, the feeling of adventure for the day unfolds magic.
Singita’s Field Guides and Trackers are passionate about Africa’s animals and nature and instinctively react to each guest and group’s preferences. Their extensive understanding of the region and the significance of every plant, insect, bird, animal, predator, and season in its unique ecosystem enhances every encounter and glimpse.
While in Singita, you may observe cheetah, bearded wildebeest, Bat Eared fox, Maasai giraffe, lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and the uncommon Colobus monkey. The wildebeest migration is best seen between late January and mid-March, depending on weather and other circumstances.

Walking Safaris -Guided Walking safaris are a great way to see the wild. Your skilled guide and tracker will go with you into the bush to track animals and observe the beautiful vegetation and scenery. This activity requires a minimum age of 16, however your Field Guide may decide otherwise.
